Terms of Service

The service

ChillSkill gives you AI chat, live market quotes, and local quantitative tools. Access to models, market-data sources, and daily request quotas depends on your plan and is shown on your account page.

We may change plans, quotas, and available data sources. We will not reduce what you already paid for without notice.

Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your password and access tokens secret. Everything done with your token counts as done by you.

One account per person. Do not share credentials. You can revoke any session, or sign out of every device, from the account page.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Web workspace fees

Using AI chat in the web workspace requires you to send one zero-value transaction per message to our treasury address on BNB Smart Chain. You pay the network (gas) fee only; we charge nothing for the transaction itself. Gas fees are set by the network, not by us, and are not refundable, including when a request is later rejected by quota or fails upstream.

Your plan's daily quota still applies. A confirmed transaction is consumed once and cannot be reused for another message.

Acceptable use

Do not exceed or attempt to bypass your quota, scrape the API, resell access, or use the service to break any law or any upstream provider's terms.

Do not use the service to generate unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.

We may suspend or disable an account that breaks these rules or endangers the service.

Not investment advice

Everything ChillSkill produces — model answers, quotes, forecasts, risk metrics, factor scores, and backtests — is for research and information only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to trade any instrument.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Model output can be confidently wrong. Verify anything you act on. You alone bear the risk of your trading decisions.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and upstream model or market-data providers may fail or change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property and open source

The ChillSkill macOS client is open source; its licence governs the code. The ChillSkill name and marks remain ours.

You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant us only the permission needed to relay it to the provider you selected and to run the service.

Termination and changes

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from the account page on chillskill.xyz — deletion is immediate and removes your account, its sessions, and its usage records. The Mac app offers the same control from version 0.3.0 onward. Emailing support@chillskill.xyz also works if you prefer.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
